Our Accessibility Commitment
We believe technology should empower every human being. Indiquer Global Service designs and develops its public websites and enterprise platforms with universal accessibility at the core. We continuously evaluate our digital interfaces against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, recognized internationally as the leading standard for digital inclusion.
Adherence to WCAG 2.1 Principles
Our engineering standards adhere to the four key pillars of accessible web development:
- Perceivable: All UI components, informational text, and icons can be perceived through multiple senses (visual display, descriptive text, and auditory cues).
- Operable: The interface does not require gestures or mouse movements that cannot be performed through keyboard alternatives.
- Understandable: Clear typography, consistent navigation structures, informative labels, and understandable form error indicators.
- Robust: Strict semantic HTML5 code compatible with assistive technology, including screen readers, braille displays, and voice input tools.
Screen-Reader Compatibility
Our web pages undergo testing with leading screen reader platforms, including Apple VoiceOver (macOS / iOS), NVDA (Windows), and Google TalkBack (Android):
- Semantic Heading Hierarchy: Each document employs a single
<h1>followed by structured<h2>and<h3>subsections for easy outline jumping. - ARIA Landmark Regions: Proper use of
<header role="banner">,<nav>,<main>, and<footer>landmarks. - ARIA States & Attributes: Interactive elements utilize
aria-label,aria-hidden, andaria-expandedattributes to convey modal visibility and button actions accurately.
Color Contrast, Alt Text & Motion Controls
We ensure visual clarity across all devices and ambient lighting conditions:
- Contrast Ratios: Text elements maintain at least a 4.5:1 contrast ratio against their respective background colors, satisfying WCAG AA compliance.
- Descriptive Image Alt Text: All non-decorative visual assets (such as leadership headshots, brand logos, and architecture diagrams) feature meaningful
alttext. Purely decorative elements (grain overlays, background rings) usealt=""oraria-hidden="true". - Audio & Motion Control: Background audio is strictly muted by default and features an accessible Sound Toggle pill button. Parallax effects respect user system preferences (
prefers-reduced-motion).
