Identity Verification Process
To safeguard against fraudulent data deletion or unauthorized disclosure, Indiquer employs a stringent verification procedure:
- Email Domain Authentication: A time-sensitive verification token is automatically dispatched to the email on record.
- Corporate Authority Check: For enterprise SaaS accounts, confirmation is requested from the primary Account Administrator.
- Direct Confirmation: For irreversible deletion requests, a final confirmation link requires affirmative multi-factor acknowledgment.
Request Lifecycle & SLA
Under both the EU GDPR and India DPDP Act, all verified requests are processed without administrative charge:
- Acknowledgement: Within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.
- Fulfillment Window: Within thirty (30) calendar days. In exceptional cases involving complex distributed backups, this period may be extended by an additional thirty (30) days with formal notice.
- Certificate of Deletion: Upon completion, a formal cryptographically hashed confirmation of deletion will be issued for your corporate records.

Certain records cannot be deleted immediately upon request where retention is mandated by law:

- Active Dispute Records: Information subject to an ongoing litigation hold or formal dispute resolution.
- Immutable Backups: Data within rotating encrypted server snapshots will naturally expire and overwrite in our 30-day backup cycle.
